Jasmine and Henna Hair Treatment

Hello again my lovely's

I am rubbish with hair care, I never know what I should be using or how to properly look after it. I have only really dyed it once but it was blond! This has dried the ends of my hair massively, even though I have dyed it back to brunette! even conditioner or hair mask I have used has never left my hair soft and shiny :/

The other day I was in Lush and my mum asked me to buy her a hair mask, I ask the lady in lush and she recommended this hair treatment which tames frizz and helps it from drying out! The hair it recommended for this was the perfect description of mine so I thought I would get this me us to try!

The smell of this is just amazing, its so powerful and strong of Jasmine that I just knew I wanted my hair to smell of this. I applied it to dry hair before I went into the shower, concentrating on my dry ends and leaving my roots as they didn't really did it. I left it on a bit longer then it recommends just because I really wanted it to soak into my hair!

When I washed it out I washed with shampoo twice to make sure it was all our and conditioned like normal :) once I had dried and straighten my hair I could see a dramatic difference already. My hair has never been this shiny or smooth!! Every time I move my hair I get great whiffs of jasmine that I actually sent most of the day just smelling my hair (strange I know).

I am so pleased I have found this treatment, it seems to have worked wonders on my hair, it seems quite expensive at £13 but I don't really know how much you pay for these normally and I am really pleased with the results :)

Any hair care recommendation I should look into to add to my small collection?

Winter Lip Care

Hello again my sweets,

So the cold weather is slowly creeping in and if your lips are anything like mine the cold weather is bad news! My lips seem to be dry and cracked all year round but in winter it gets really bad! I have invested in quite a lot of lip balms over the last couple of years to try and tackle with the situation and I have found some of my favourite.

My first lip saviour is Lush lip scrub, I have already done a review on it here if you want to read more about this amazing product! In winter I just keep this product close by, when my lips are really dry and good scrub with this and you can feel the difference straight away :) I would say though if your lips are feeling really sore this might not be the best way, maybe try a flannel first as that isn't as harsh on the lips :)

Now I have 4 lip balms that I love and they all have a different purpose for me! Balmi is a great lip balm and you feel it soothing your lips straight away, I normally use this when I moisturise my face day and night!
The Carmex I like is the Strawberry one and this is my on the go lip balm if I don't want any colour on my lips and it has a SPF 15 which is always a good added bonus and perfect for summer as well :)
Baby Lips have been reviewed so much later as they are quite new and just been realised in the UK, I bought 3 of the collection and this one is my favourite! It's called 'Peach Kiss' and smells amazing :) they hydrate the lips really well and this one leaves a nice hit of colour. So if you don't fancy a lip stick these are a great alternative :)
The last one is one I got in my GlossyBox a couple of months back, Figs and Rouge! I have to say this is the thickest and stays on the lips the longest! It has more of a colour pay off then the Baby Lips and you feel it working its magic for hours! Sometimes this can be a little bit to much and on a windy day can course some problems with hair :P

These are my favourite lip products and at least one of them comes with me everywhere I go in winter :)

What lip products do you swear by?

Lush Lip Scrub

Hello :) thought I would do a review on the Lush Lip Scrub today

I bought this about 2 weeks ago and have been using most days ever since, I know this properly isn't great for my lips but I just cant stop, I'm addicted to this product!
I bought the Bubblegum one because it just smells so amazing and is it such a lovely pink colour.

I have really dry and cracked lips and no matter what I do nothing seems to make them smooth, I have used so many lip balms and have used a dry toothbrush and flannel to to try and remove some of the dry skin and it just hasn't work! So I thought I'd would try this out and see if it could help because the lady in the shop was lovely and I thought at £5.25 it wasn't a bank breaker.

It had sugar size gains in it which remove the dry skin and leave your lips so much smoother, and a massive bonus is the sugar which is left you can just lick off and it tastes so good!! After I have just been applying some Carmex to moisturise the lips afterwards. I have to say that after using this for the last 2 weeks my lips have been noticeably smoother and looked so much healthier.

So if you have dry lip and haven't tried this I would really recommenced it as it's just a great all round produce and the smell is just so amazing so even if you don't want or need it I would still say just go smell it :)

Hope you've enjoyed this mini review, speak soon :)
Bye
